Move it or Lose it!

Move it or Lose it! classes meet every Thursday at 10.30am in Northbrook Hall.

Everyone is welcome at this fun, friendly class for older adults as exercises can be carried out standing, with chair support or seated.

Classes include flexibility, low impact aerobics, balance, and strength exercises which can be carried out at a pace which suits your ability.

The first class is free, and thereafter cost 5 per class.
